About US
Beacon Water Resources Ltd is a water engineering construction company here in Kenya. It was registered in the year 2011 and its core business activities are hydro-geological and geophysical survey for ground water, borehole drilling works and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure in water industry, electro-mechanical works, borehole equipping, solarization works, centrifugal surface and booster pumps, sewage application pumps, steel pressed ground and elevated steel pressed water storage tanks, water supply main pipelines for water projects and irrigation networks.
Beacon water resources Ltd is registered with Ministry of Water and Irrigation as a class ‘B’ Contractor for waterworks, sewerage works and electro-mechanical works and with the National construction authority Category 6 in Water works & Electrical works, We are also registered with Epra license Class “B” as an Electrical Contractor.
Beacon Water Resources Ltd specializes in high quality works, particular emphasis in provision of efficient water supply and solarization works which is essential for economic development and we are committed to a major role in this industry by giving quality service and offer after sales backup, technical service to all our clients countrywide.

How much does it cost?
Costs varies largely on what specifications you choose, depth required, outcome of hydro - geological and geo-physical survey reports of the area.
How do I know if I have a good supply, do you use water divining or dowsing methods?
No. we don’t use water dowsing or divining, we use what we believe to be more accurate methods - i.e the survey and report from our underground water geologist.
Do you guarantee to find a good water source ? If not do I still get charged?
No. We cannot guarantee to find a water source adequate to provide the required yields - or even find one at all. No reputable drilling company will guarantee one. However the chances of striking through the use of the hydrogeological and reports from the geologist, who are well informed professionals and reliable people that are rarely wrong. If water is not found during the survey we will not change for drilling works, only a minimum charge to cover transport and sitework,unsual eventuality in which we will endeavor to come to an agreement with you.
Do I Need a license to pay or have to pay for the water abstracted from the borehole?
No. You do not need to pay for the water abstracted except the required government documentation which we can guide you accordingly how to obtain them from the water Resources Management Authority and Nema and also make up a follow-up for the permits
How long does it?
Generally around 1-4weeks from the point of interest (as long we agree on the specifications), the survey reports may take 2 days, then a week to finalise everything and 2 weeks from actual drilling works and borehole pump installation.
Does the drilling rig make a Mess?
It can do, we use large equipment and there is a lot of human movement during the drilling works, however we take every precaution possible, with the use of drilling equipment to take care of the flowing water and to make sure safety and damage in the area is taken care off.
Why should I use you over another drilling contractor?
You of course you have the right to use whoever you wish to carry-out your drilling works and installations but we recommend if you wish to receive quotes from other drilling companies. However Beacon Water Resources Ltd is different virtually to all other water well drilling companies - this is not our only service or activity. Infact we are one of the most recognized site investigations and safe drilling company as a solutions provider in East and Central Africa - we carry our works, for hundreds of client ranging from individual persons, “blue chip” clients throughout this region and on some very prestigious sites and projects. We work in some of the most demanding industries such as Petrochem, Electricity, Gas, Utility and Construction - this grounding gives us the knowledge and experience to attend to your site and complete as what to us is a straight forward work with the utmost safety and professionalism. This gives you the peace of mind that your borehole will be installed professionally by our experts using some of the most advanced equipment systems in the World - and once finished, we will leave your environment in the condition we found it (if not, better in some cases).
